Please supply the following information  at the time you apply for your loan.

• Copy of W-2 forms for two previous years
• Copy of Driver's License and Social Security Card
• Most recent pay stubs (for past month)
• If self-employed or work on a commission basis, please provide copies of signed tax returns for two previous years plus your current profit and loss statement
• Copies of all bank statements for the last two months  (i.e. savings, checking, money market accounts, mutual funds, stocks, 401(k), etc.)
• Proof of other funds (i.e. net proceeds sheet from sale of current home, employer relocation funds, gift funds, etc.)
• Divorce decree or bankruptcy papers (if applicable)
